How Can I Track My Order?

How Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. Lost /Stolen Package Issues, What Can I Do?
Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, Fashion Oath is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, Please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment. To prevent this problem, we highly recommended requesting a signature confirmation shipping when checking out in the notes section. This will avoid packages from being delivered to the wrong address being lost or stolen.
