Exchange & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 4 hours same day. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Due the Current Covid issue, We are not offering Refunds on open worn items in order to practice  safety measures for our customers.
All items on sale are final sale , please make sure you order the correct size by using the size chart in the description.
Therefore, you can only request an exchange or store credit for ordered products if:
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • in order to get store credit You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused in its original packaging with tags). Please email Support@fashionoath.com to start an exchange request. 

We do not issue the refund/Exchange if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed, Stolen or by a natural disaster Or act of God).
Fashion Oath is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is miss-delivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.
 *You can submit a requests within 7 days after you receive your package within the guaranteed period for delivery ( Minimum 7-15 business days). You can do so by sending a message on the Contact Us page with your order number or email us directly at support@fashionoath.com. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. All tags must be attached when returned.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are offering International shipping. Shipping costs can be found at checkout, and it is automatically priced by our selected couriers. However, we have no control on the prices, an apologize in advance for any unreasonable rates. You will be responsible for any duties and customs charges. If your country is not listed ,please contact us by email.

 EXCHANGES + STORE CREDIT

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your EXCHANGE/ SYTORE CREDIT. If you are approved, then your CREDIT will be processed, after that a credit will automatically be applied to a gift card. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
